Join a meeting

Join a Webex using the Webex button

  1. Tap Webex on the touch pad.

  2. Enter the meeting number (access code) from the meeting invitation.

  3. Tap the green Join button.

Video Calls

Place a call using name, number, or address

  1. Tap Call on touch pad.

  2. Use the keypad to enter the video address (found in your meeting invite).

  3. Tap the green Call button.

Screen Share

Share content outside a call (wireless)

  1. Tap Share Screen on the touch pad.

  2. Open the sharing options, choose a source, and start sharing.

  3. When you’re done, click Stop Sharing.

Camera

Edit camera settings

  1. Tap the Settings icon.

  2. Select Camera.

  3. Tap Selfview and select Selfview visibilty: Hide, Show in call, Always show.

  4. Tap Camera control – and select preferred camera mode.

Note: Do not physically move the camera.

Room Controls

Adjust enviroment elements like lights and shading

  1. Tap Controls on the touch pad.

  2. To change lights/shades select Enviroment.

Help and Support

  1. New to OS11, the Tips button can help if you have any questions.

  2. You can also select the Help button.

  3. Call the AV Support or tap Call Help Desk (varies based on location.)
