HCA Healthcare’s laboratory story began nearly two decades ago when the enterprise entered into a joint venture and eventually acquired Integrated Regional Laboratories (IRL) in Florida in 2005. In hospital-based, emergency room and central laboratories across the country, our laboratorians play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care.

We use the most advanced technologies to provide accurate and timely results to domestic and international hospitals, commercial clients, surgery centers, physician offices, nursing homes, oncology centers, urgent care centers and more.
