Erica Rossitto, MBA/HCM, BSN, RN, NEA-BC
Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive

Erica Rossitto serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive for HCA Healthcare, one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers. She provides strategic and operational leadership for more than 100,000 nurses across the enterprise.
With more than two decades of experience at HCA Healthcare, Erica has held progressive clinical and executive leadership roles. She began her career as a bedside nurse, steadily growing into chief nursing officer as well as division and group chief nurse executive roles. She is recognized for advancing operational excellence, strengthening workforce engagement and championing nursing leadership development.
As HCA Healthcare’s Chief Nurse Executive, she is focused on advancing clinical quality and patient-centered care through strategic workforce investment, innovative technology integration and strengthened interdisciplinary collaboration across care teams.
Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University and holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management. She is Nurse Executive Advanced Board Certified (NEA-BC) and remains active in professional and community service initiatives that support the advancement of nursing and patient care.
Kelli Nations, DBA, MHA, BSN, RN, NE-BC
Chief Nurse Executive, American Group
Vice President, Group Clinical Operations
Kelli Nations currently serves as chief nurse executive for the HCA Healthcare American Group and is responsible for nursing clinical leadership, practice and operations with the American Group divisions. She is a dynamic nurse executive known for her unwavering dedication to exceptional patient care and proven leadership abilities. With a diverse background spanning over two decades at HCA Healthcare, Nations has consistently demonstrated her knack for identifying and nurturing top talent, inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results across various domains, including workforce development, clinical excellence and emergency management.
In her previous role as chief nurse executive for the HCA Healthcare Gulf Coast Division, Nations spearheaded initiatives to enhance nurse engagement, increase internal hire rates and reduce mortality and infection rates. She has also played a pivotal role in workforce development, serving as the executive chair of the Women’s Colleague Network and facilitating the successful launch of the Nurse Leadership Development Program.
Nations’ commitment to excellence extends beyond her organization, as evidenced by her numerous media engagements and speaking engagements at various industry events. She is actively involved in corporate leadership councils and has received several prestigious awards, including the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Healthcare Professional Award and the Houston Business Journal Healthcare Hero Award.
With a doctorate in business administration and a master's in healthcare administration, Nations combines academic excellence with real-world experience to drive positive change and innovation in the healthcare industry. Her relentless pursuit of excellence and passion for nursing make her a truly invaluable asset to HCA Healthcare and the healthcare community as a whole.
Natalie L. Ransom, DNP, RN, CENP, NEA-BC
Chief Nurse Executive, National Group
Vice President, Group Clinical Operations
Natalie Ransom is the chief nurse executive for the National Group and the vice president of group clinical operations. She is responsible for nursing clinical, leadership, operational and quality performance within the five National Group divisions, encompassing more than 50 hospitals across eleven states. Prior to her current role, Dr. Ransom served as the chief nurse executive for the East Florida Division from 2021-2024.
Ransom began her career with HCA Healthcare as a student nurse tech in 1997. She has served in various leadership roles, including the chief nursing officer of North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, Florida, and MountainView Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital, both in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is a 2011 CNO Executive Development Program graduate.
A HCA Healthcare Frist Humanitarian Award winner, Ransom is also an active member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership. She has served on various boards, including the American Cancer Society, Broward College Foundation, and several key academic colleges and universities. Ransom currently serves on the Board of Commissioners for the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation.
Ransom earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Valdosta State University, a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Capella University. She is board certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) and Nurse Executive, Advanced (NEA-BC).
Stephanie Wise, RN, MBA-HA, BSN, NEA-BC
Chief Nursing Executive, Atlantic Group
Vice President, Group Clinical Operations
Stephanie Wise, RN, MBA-HA, BSN, NEA-BC, is Group Chief Nursing Executive for Atlantic Group, a role she assumed in March 2026. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, she has served in a range of clinical and executive leadership roles and is deeply committed to advancing nursing practice, care delivery, patient experience and professional development.
Previously, she served as Chief Nursing Executive for HCA Healthcare’s TriStar Division and as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. She also spent 12 years with HCA Healthcare HealthONE in Denver, where she began her career as a critical care and emergency room nurse and advanced through progressive leadership roles.
Ms. Wise earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and her BSN from the University of Central Missouri. She serves on the boards of the Middle Tennessee American Heart Association, Hope Fund and Belmont University School of Nursing.
