HCA Patient Journey – 32222 Short Code

The HCA Patient Journey SMS messages from 32222 cover care management, most notably, the ability for family members and loved ones to receive updates of your care while in the hospital (also known as informER). This communication is initiated by you, the user (see below instructions).

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 32222. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive up to ten messages regarding your loved one’s status in the ER. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

An easy way to keep your loved ones informed.

If you or a family member is in the ER, instant communication is key. Forget about being put on hold, getting mixed messages or being anxious about the situation. With informER you can get regular alerts in just four easy steps. informER is a new and revolutionary HCA Text Service that provides information to patients, family members and friends regarding the medical milestones of a patient’s emergency visit.

Step 1:Text “informER1” to 32222.

Step 2: When prompted, reply with the last 6 digits of the patient ID number found on your hospital wristband.

Step 3: Follow text message instructions.

Step 4: Once you are registered you will receive a text message you can share with your loved ones so they, too, can receive your progress updates. Up to 5 members may be added.
