"No one expects to have to deal with a pandemic, but by working in healthcare, we are trained to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. It has definitely been a lot more chaotic. Everyone’s safety is our top priority, so there has to be even more communication than ever. I know that I have the best team here at Westside Regional. They’re extremely adaptable and I know I can count on them in times of crisis. Yes, it’s been challenging, but I think we work better when there are these unexpected situations. These are the times when we have to come together and when we realize that we have to rely on each other do our parts."
