At HCA Healthcare, we value our more than 81,000 nurses and the skill, knowledge and compassion they bring to our patients. Our new multi-year nursing strategic plan is an innovative approach that will impact nearly every aspect of HCA and drive value to patients, physicians and the enterprise – including nurses themselves.
It has never been a better time for critical care nurses to join us in our mission – "Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life."
HCA uses its wide network of affiliates across the U.S. to offer career growth and specialization opportunities for ICU RNs. We're looking for experienced and new graduate nurses and critical care leaders at many of our locations across the U.S.
