Surgery Ventures, powered by HCA Healthcare Acquires Two Surgery Centers in North Texas
Dallas,TX – Surgery Ventures, powered by HCA Healthcare has acquired interests in two surgery centers in North Texas, both of which are now affiliated with Medical City Healthcare – one of the region’s largest and most comprehensive healthcare providers. The two strategic acquisitions increase the total number of Medical City Healthcare surgery centers in the North Texas region to 15.
Medical City Surgery Center of North Texas, formerly known as Surgery Center of North Texas, is located at 330 Standridge Boulevard in Anna, Texas and includes 14 physician partners.
The multi-specialty center provides high-quality surgical services for orthopedic, ear, nose and throat (ENT), gastroenterology, ophthalmology, pain management and spinal procedures.
The modern surgery center, established in 2020, spans more than 23,000 square feet and features five operating rooms equipped with advanced technology and includes 15 pre-op/post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) bays.

With three leading-edge operating rooms, 14 pre-op/PACU bays and the latest equipment to support total joint replacement procedures, including robotic technology, its experienced specialty surgeons are focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
